I had a wonderful stay at this hotel just outside the town. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the smoking Villarrica volcano. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a full breakfast spread even before the usual serving time.
Everything was great and there were no major issues.

Had a great stay during the Christmas holidays at this alpine-style hotel. the room was very comfortable with a nice view of the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and provided good service. the hotel provided a good breakfast with a selection of tasty cakes. It was located just outside the town but still within walking distance.
The noise from the nearby road was a bit disturbing during the evening. the hotel lacked comfortable seats in the lounge and outdoor areas.

The Hotel Malalhue provided great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the restaurant, and the attention to detail in the hotel was impressive. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and mine had a lovely view of the smoking Villarrica volcano in the distance. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast had more options than expected, including scrambled eggs, which was a nice surprise.
All aspects of this hotel were ok, nothing to complain about.

This cozy alpine-style hotel is conveniently located close enough to walk into town, but away from the crazy center of town. the rooms are comfortable with beautiful views of the smoking Villarrica volcano. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is fine. You'll love relaxing by the clean heated swimming pool and enjoying dinner at a good price. Plus, there's a reliable bicycle rental place nearby with a good bicycle lane.
The hotel lacks sound insulation between bedrooms, so it may be best to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We loved the hotel's location away from the crazy center of the city but close enough to walk to the downtown area. The room had a stunning view of the surrounding volcano and was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and eggs made to order. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially for those who didn't speak the local language.
Was all great.

Spent a fantastic Easter weekend at this alpine-style hotel just outside a beautiful town. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with lovely views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was great with a good selection of cakes and pastries. The location was perfect, with a bike lane opposite the hotel, making it easy to explore the stunning surroundings. We also loved the heated pool and free Wi-Fi in the lounge area.
The hotel is located on a busy road, so there was some noise from the traffic which can be disturbing at night. , the walk to the town center is around 15 minutes, making it a bit challenging to get there, especially during high season when the town is bustling and congested.
